Welcome to Alberta Implant Seminar
Didactic and Clinical Programs for the Entire Dental Team
Through a mixture of didactic lectures with discussion, skill-focused instruction, and patient-based learning, dentists and their team can expand their knowledge of new technologies and procedures through small group mentoring to enhance their practice and provide the best care possible for their patients.
Our goal is to improve your diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment sequencing skills utilizing dental implants.
Who Will Be There?
- Dental professionals interested in enhancing patient outcomes, practice growth, skills and management of comprehensive treatments.
- Seminar groups are limited in size and are composed of dentists, their allied dental staff, and registered dental technicians.
- Live patient experiences are during all clinical sessions!
2022/2023 Course Dates
Course Format & Location
Members of AIS meet for a two day seminar over a Thursday and Friday every two months and participate in a mixture of classroom-style lectures, skill-based practice, and, most importantly for the patient, observation of treatments and patient-focused learning. This means that if you are a patient and have booked your appointment for a Friday during an AIS seminar weekend, you should expect to see many more dentists and team members than you would normal experience at a dental office. At any given meeting, there may be anywhere from 12 to 20 dentists that may observe a treatment.
